Attic RoomsTwenty Acres boasts a tastefully renovated attic area that is ideal for four people. It is split into two twin bedrooms, either of which has space for extra beds if required. Between the two is the landing and stairs to the first floor. At the end of the landing is a bathroom with toilet, wash basin and bidet. The views from the attic windows are across Derbyshire countryside to the west, including a water tower, and over the gardens to the east. The attic is often used for the children – it gives them their own space and privacy for others in the house.
