First FloorThe First Floor is a charming, relaxing place to sleep, wash and get away from it all. Equipped with one single and three double bedrooms, it also has three bathrooms – enough for even the busiest group. The Master Bedroom occupies arguably the best spot in the house. Its windows face both south and west, with views across farmland for many miles. It boasts a kingsize bed and an ensuite bathroom. With its easterly views, the Blue Bedroom gets the best of the morning sunshine. Equipped with an ensuite shower and toilet, it looks out across Twenty Acres’ large gardens. It has a light, airy feel about the room which is good for a well-earned rest.

If it is character that you are looking for, then the Chinese Bedroom has it in abundance. With original fireplace and wonderful furniture, the Chinese Bedroom also has tremendous views. Imagine waking up and looking out across miles of countryside while you are still in bed… The fourth bedroom is the Single Bedroom. It has an easterly view across the gardens and is tastefully decorated in cream colouring.

If you need more space (or you are only a party of six) you can also book the Stable Barn for 6 – it is just down the lane from Twenty Acres. 
There is loads to do around Derbyshire and Staffordshire. You can go for a great walk, or just have a meal in a local country pub. To look at some local activities for your holiday
