Stable BarnThis comfortable converted barn is set in a rural landscape with surrounding farmland. As the property is all on one level it is ideal for the less mobile. The property can be booked independently or with Twenty Acres to accommodate a larger group of 20 people.  The house is surrounded by numerous villages, with pubs serving food, and even with this very rural setting you can be in the heart of Derby within a 10 minute drive, Ashbourne 15 minutes and enjoy the shopping and nightlife that is available. There is walking and footpaths from the door.
Within a short drive you’ll find Crich Tramway Village Musuem, Carsington Water, Matlock Bath, Gullivers Kingdom, the scenic limestone dales of the southern Peak National Park: the country towns of Buxton, Bakewell and Ashbourne, country estates of Kedleston, Chatsworth and Haddon Hall, and children will love the Midland Railway Centre (look out for Thomas!!) - the ever-popular Alton Towers, and The Museum of Childhood at Sudbury.
